 International grape variety grown in the “San Nicola” vineyard,
on the shore of the natural reserve of Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi near the sea,from where it breathes its flavor, we obtain a fresh, pleasant wine with fruit notes. It goes well with fresh fish, in particular grilled red prawns and shellfish in general

Winemaking Technique:After destemming, the grapes are cooled to limit the maceration processes, pressing in a soft press after 4/6 hours of cryomaceration and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging in steel for 4 months.
Cold bottling.  

Fermentation temperature: 14°C 16°C

Duration of fermentation: 16/20 giorni

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

How to serve it: Served in medium-sized tulip glasses

Leggermente acidulo, fresco e con buona sapidità
