Our mission is to enhance native Sicilian grape varieties such as Nero D’Avola, Perricone, Grillo, and Catarratto. We also nurture select international varieties, like Muller Thurgau, which flourish uniquely in our terroir.
This combination allows us to create organic wines that best represent our land and our
