Winemakig technique: After destemming, the grapes are cooled to limit the maceration processes, pressing in a soft press after 4/6 hours of cold maceration and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging with sur-lie on the yeasts for 4 months, cold bottling.

Duration of fermentation: 14/20 giorni

How to serve it: Served in medium-sized tulip glasses.
