
Nero D'Avola
The King of Sicilian vines was born in the old family vineyard,
a small production in the “Masseria Vecchia” vineyard.
Intensely harmonious and with a good structure, it expresses itself with hints
of red berry fruit and spicy notes. We recommend it for convivial occasions.

Winemaking technique: After destemming, the grapes ferment
in steel tank at controlled temperature with frequent pumping over, racking in soft press. The wine thus obtained undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel. Cold bottling. Refines for 6 months in the bottle.
