We protect our vines using only the purest forms of sulfur and copper, and combat pests solely with plant orbacteria-based natural derivatives. This approach fosters a unique bond between vine and soil, resulting in grapes with distinctive character and intense flavor.

pruning and burying vine shoots to organic fertilization, from fava bean cover cropping to grape harvesting, each step is performed with meticulous care.
