Grown in the “San Nicola” vineyard. on the shore of the natural reserve of Lake Preola and Gorghi Tondi, a fresh wine is born with a good aromatic complement, with good acidity and notable freshness.

It goes elegantly with fish-based dishes.

Winemaking technique:After destemming, the grapes are cooled to limit the maceration processes, pressing in a soft press after 4/6 hours of cold maceration and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Aging with sur-lie on the yeasts for 4 months, cold bottling. At least two months in the bottle before being marketed

How to serve it: Served in medium-sized tulip glasses. Excellent 9°C 10°C.
