Vigneti
In Mazara del Vallo, we carefully cultivate 17 hectares of vertically trellised vineyards. Our approach yields about 80 quintals per hectare, ensuring grapes of exceptional quality

"Masseria Vecchia" Vineyard
Our winemaking journey begins at the “Masseria Vecchia” Vineyard along the Delia River. Here, dark grey clay soils nurture native varieties like Catarratto, Perricone, and Nero D’Avola. We employ vertical trellising and precise pruning to optimize grape quality.

San Nicola Vineyard
Nestled in the Lago Preola and Gorghi Tondi nature reserve, the San Nicola Estate is a corner of beauty and biodiversity. Just 400 meters from the sea, on calcareous soil, our Grillo, Catarratto, and Muller Thurgau grapes develop a distinctive salinity. Our tailored vertical trellising and pruning techniques for each variety ensure wines of remarkable character

Sant'Elia Vineyard
The recent acquisition of the Sant’Elia Vineyard marks an exciting expansion of our cultivation areas. This 3-hectare estate boasts a prime location just five kilometers from the Mazara del Vallo coastline, where cool sea breezes mingle with the mild climate of Sicilian hills. For centuries, this land has been dedicated to olive and grape cultivation, providing ideal conditions for premium viticulture.
The vineyard’s silty, mineral-rich soil imparts unique characteristics to our grapes. Here, we primarily grow Perricone, a native variety that thrives in this microclimate, achieving its ideal expression.
