Winemaking technique: After destemming, the grapes ferment
in steel tank at controlled temperature with frequent pumping over, racking in soft press. The wine thus obtained undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel. Cold bottling. Refines 8/10 months in bottle.

Fermentation duration: 15/20 giorni

How to serve it: Served in large, rounded and pot-bellied glasses, it can be uncorked at the moment, otherwise a couple of hours before. Excellent at 16°C 18°C

Intense ruby ​​red

Intense with hints of red berry fruit, liquorice and notes of tobacco

Harmonious, persistent and with pleasantly tannic notes. It goes well with red meats, roasts and game.
